Shippuden shows us a really different version of naruto. He unlocks sage mode, Kurama mode, Six paths of sage mode and becomes stronger than sasuke. The fighting scenes in shippuden are better than naruto and boruto both. The fillers in naruto are a waste of time but shippuden fillers are way more better. The flashbacks start when Naruto meets Nagato which is episode 172-175. There are more flashbacks at the time of Konan vs Obito episodes, it's episode 253.
